What Remove Line Breaks does

Every line is trimmed, empty lines are discarded, and the remainder is joined with single spaces. This is the fix for text copied out of a PDF or an email client, where hard line breaks are baked in at the original column width and reflow badly anywhere else.

Why results can differ from other tools
