Where to use it, and where not to

Avoid it for whole paragraphs — mathematical bold characters are announced awkwardly by screen readers and are not matched by ordinary keyword search, so a fully bolded bio becomes harder to find. Where an editor offers real bold formatting, use that instead.
Unicode styling is not a font

What is a bold text generator?
A bold text generator converts ordinary letters and numbers into Unicode mathematical bold characters. Because these are separate characters rather than a formatting instruction, the bold appearance survives copying into plain-text fields such as social bios, chat messages and display names.
Is Unicode bold the same as pressing Ctrl+B?
No. Ctrl+B applies formatting to normal letters, and the letters stay letters. Unicode bold swaps each letter for a different character that happens to look bold. That is why it survives copy and paste, and also why search, sorting and screen readers treat it differently.
Does Math Bold Text Generator text work on Instagram, TikTok and Discord?

A box means the character is valid Unicode but the font on that device has no glyph for it. Different phones, browsers and apps ship different fonts, so the same string can render perfectly on one screen and break on another. Test on the device your audience actually uses.
Is any of my text sent to a server?
No. Every transformation runs in your browser using JavaScript. The text you type never leaves your device, is never logged, and is not stored. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the generator will still work.
